On behalf of our team of experts, I’d like to welcome all sports enthusiasts!


We are a team of famous athletes with many years’ experience in top-class sports competitions, professionals in the athletic training of all levels from start, amateur sports to professional level, experts in the field of sports medicine and physiology, working in several leading research centers in Russia and Europe.


We’ve joined our expertise, scientific achievements, and practical experience… And this combination arms us with technologies that pave a way for personal improvement for athletes – from individual progress in the fitness room to sports achievements in serious competitions.

Our technologies will be an effective tool enabling sports achievements, with care for your health!


In about five years I’ve held over three hundred workshops and several dozens of training camps in Russia and in other countries.
And I can see the encouragement of people learning sports methods, exercise techniques, methods of recovery after serious training loads and other aspects of athletic training. Please note that WHILE YOUR PROGRESS WILL DEPEND ON YOUR TRAINING EFFORTS, MUCH MORE IT WILL DEPEND ON YOUR ABILITY FOR QUICK POST WORKOUT RECOVERY – it is a key component of the process of training!


We will work both online and offline in the lecture, workshop, training camp, master class format.

TIPS ON TECHNIQUE OF TRAINING, LENGTH OF TRAINING, MOST EFFECTIVE EXERCISES BEST FOR YOU.
We develop individual programs and training plans for different training periods, from a single month mesocycle to a full cycle prep training for competitions. We provide a continuous support through the whole period of a program.


HOW CAN ONE IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRAINING PROCESS, WHICH BODY FUNCTIONS REQUIRE IMPROVEMENT AND WHAT CAN BE CHANGED IN THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING FROM A SINGLE WORKOUT TO A CYCLE OR A WHOLE STAGE OF TRAINING.
Together with the athlete and the coach we will manage the athletic training, providing assessments of his/her ability to tolerate training loads through a continuous monitoring and follow up of the body performance and functions. We select and advise the most informative methods and indicators for such an assessment.

HOW SHOULD ONE RECOVER AFTER TRAINING OF VARIOUS TYPES AND DURATION. 


WHAT SUPPLEMENTATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR THE BODY OF THE ATHLETE TO ENSURE TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS AND PREVENTION OF BREAKDOWNS, INJURIES OR ILLNESSES.


WE WILL OPENLY TELL AND WARN ABOUT ALL POTENTIAL HAZARDS AND PROBLEMS RELATED TO DOPING AND DOPING CONTROL IN SPORTS.

WE CAN FIND SOLUTIONS TO MANY INDIVIDUAL PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE SPECIFICS OF ATHLETIC TRAINING:

  • body weight gain or loss based on the muscle to lean mass and bound liquid mass ratio;
  • support the liver function, cleaning it of slags;
  • develop an individualized diet according to the workout schedule and the training program;
  • support the body while traveling long distances changing the time zones, sharp climate or geographic condition shifts;
  • improve resistance to stress, help use the accumulated potential in an optimal way;

  • accelerate rehabilitation after injuries, provide tips to prevent injuries.
