Other

Depending on the type of training load and training process direction, and their influence on the human body, the following kinds of sports are distinguished: 

  • Precise (artistic gymnastics, rhythmic-sportive gymnastics, synchronized swimming, trampoline tumbling, platform diving, different types of shooting…).
  • Combat sports (all kinds of wrestling, fencing, box, tennis).
  • Playing (all kinds of games – football, hockey, volley-ball and others).
  • Speed-power (field-and-track jumping/sprint/throwing, swimming, bicycle sport (high-way/track), all types of rowing, weightlifting, powerlifting and others).
  • Cyclic (field-and-track long-distance running, cross-country skiing, triathlon and others). 

Our company starts with speed-power kinds of sports for the following reasons:

– The doping crisis affected most severely those kinds of sports, and banned substances slowed down the development of new technologies in the training system and sustaining organism function with legal drugs for recovery and adaptation;

– Klokov Group cooperates with high-qualified specialists in these kinds of sports who have huge personal experience in training athletes of all sportsmanship levels. We also cooperate with leading experts in medico biological means and methods of support of training speed-power athletes.

– we have an extensive database containing modern methods of effective power athletes’ training not only for elite sports but also for athletic fitness, cross fit and so on.

If training process and recovering program are properly organized, the athlete has a chance to achieve the desired result!

Since 2019 “KLOKOV Athletic Training and Recovery Technologies” will bring complex programs to market (technique, methods, recovery) even for other kinds of sports. But even today our specialists are ready to provide recommendations and consultation on the use of effective specialized nutrition programs, pharmacological support and rehabilitation during training (for cyclic sports and combat sports on individual requests).
